Scope:
1. Design, Graphic, Layout and Content Development of E-magazine.
2. The offer is valid for the period of one / two years in the form of Annual Contract from the date of the issue of Work Order. During the annual contract, if the work of E-magazine is not found satisfactory, then we reserve the right to discontinue the services of the Service Provider.
3. Information regarding events, announcement, exhibitions, seminars and tourism related activities carried out by us will be gathered by Service Provider during the prior month to the publishing month.
4. News, articles related to the tourism sector particularly in State published in print media or in electronic media during the month may reflect in the e-magazine.
5. Service Provider must engage a professionally qualified and experienced English editor for ensuring excellence in language.
6. E-magazine should be prepared by Service Provider in professional manner as per the written material and brief given by us.
7. Every month, Service Provider has to send E-magazine to 4000-5000 via email in the format, which can be readily seen in the email and not downloaded. Service Provider also has to send this e-magazine to tour and travel related groups.
8. In case of non fulfillment of below mention schedule of works, penalty @ 5% will be imposing in case of delay on day basis from 11th day of the month.
SCHEDULE OF WORKS MUST BE FOLLOWED STRICTLY:
a. 5th day of Month - Draft / Copy of E-magazine must be submitted to us for approval via e-mail.
b. 6th Day of the month - Discussion / Suggestions made by us for finalize the E-magazine.
c. 8th Day of the month - Penultimate draft of E-Magazine including discussion / suggestion with us is to be sent to us.
d. 9th Day of the month - Design to be completed in PDF format and send to our Web Developer via e-mail with a copy to us.
9. All copy rights of E-magazines will be ours and we can use the same in the manner it desires.
