Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Cad/Cam and DTP Service. We are looking for digitalization, scanning and microfilming of drawing formats. The duration of the contract is 1 year with the possibility of further renewal.

Scope:
1. Digitalization, scanning and microfilming of various large formatted drawings
2. Drawings need to be digitalized
3. The approximate quantity of drawings is 40,000 drawings annually
4. Each image digitalized must be scanned at minimum resolution of 200 DPI
5. Images must be oriented correctly
6. Images must be delivered on CD with the each drawing in single page Tiff
7. Each drawing must be imprinted on each image without overwriting any image info
8. The filming of drawings must be onto 35 mm silver negative, original film.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 18, 2010, 10:00 AM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
