Description: We are India (Bihar) based looking to outsource our requirement of Content Writing and DTP Service. We are looking for developing of content and printing service. We are about to introduce newsletter, initially at the state level on quarterly basis in Hindi. Basic research and preparatory has been done in this regard. The newsletter will have total 24 pages plus cover 4 pages. It will contain various segments. These Sections would be clubbed, branded with titles and templates. They may be changed as per requirement.

Scope:
1. Development of the content with Lay out design:
a. Service Provider will have to provide their services initially for 10 issues (4 issues as quarterly & 6 issues as bi-monthly).
b. The job of Service Provider will be to derive the cream content as per template decided and rework on the stories. Then they further put it in the design and provide the final lay out for print.
c. Both soft copy (Coral) and the digital print have to be submitted.
d. Payment can be made issue wise.
e. English version through E medium: The content in Hindi is to be reworked in English and to be uploaded in the Website. The content development & lay out design Service Provider would do the job and give in Coral & PDF format.
f. Delivery Period: The work has to be delivered within 15 days from the handing over of rough materials, i.e. 15 days from handing over of the rough materials for Hindi and 15 days for English version after finalization of Hindi version for each issue.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 24, 2010, 3:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
