Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web, DTP Data Entry Service. We are looking for provision of graphic, website design service and publications.

Scope:
1. Interactive Web-Based Guides: Design direction and art provided by us. This includes all layout, design and development of entire guide using HTML, PHP, Flash, CSS and any other necessary web standards. Once the guide is completed, the entire bundle of files should be provided to us to place on its website. Four-week turnaround needed on each project.
2. Recruiting Websites: Create a recruiting website for assorted sports, using interactive elements including, but not limited to, audio, video, pop-ups, hyperlinked information, etc. Four-to-six week turnaround needed on each project.
3. Interactive PDF-based Guides: Take a finished PDF for assorted sports and add digital audio and video elements to create an interactive PDF file. Interactive elements will include, but not limited to, audio, video, pop-ups, hyperlinked information, etc. Four-to-six week turnaround needed on each project.
4. Assorted Media Guide Covers: Design four (4) 8.5” x 11” color covers. Design direction and art provided by us. Two-three week turnaround needed.
5. Assorted Media Guide Design: Design publications ranging in size from 20 pages to 208 pages. All copy and art provided by us. Complete project time is approximately six-to-eight (6-8) weeks.
6. Assorted Design Projects: To include, but not limited to, advertisements, banners, logos; Can be for web or print.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 16, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
