Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of DTP and Typesetting Service. We are looking for graphic design service. The duration of the contract is 3 years with the possibility of further extension for two separate one-year options.

Scope:
1. Provide photographic services
2. Maintain and enhance the Commission website
3. Coordinate advertisements
4. Design marketing materials that comport with our aesthetic and communication standards
5. Innovative graphic design and communication tools including:
- brochures
- informational materials
- e-marketing
- print advertising.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than April, 11, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
